Come on it's a TV show
It seems that each season there is one HG on Big Brother that we picked out to be trashed and ridiculed. This season it is Danielle. Folks we really know nothing about the people on the show and what we do see is what manufactured by the HG’s themselves with lots of help of the producers.
It is okay to comment on their game play but to it isn’t ok to pick on their quirks and personalities. I know that we may not have the most exciting HG’s the last few years but that isn’t an excuse to dwell on one HG day in and day out.
We are much better people than this and I freely admit that I am as guilty as many others when comes to trashing HG’s I don’t like. For that I apologize to them and their love ones.

ReplyDeleteGreat post! I just don't have enough time in my life to ridicule one person for 24 hours a day 7 days a week. From some of the things that I've seen it's like some people have made this their full-time job. There are groups that I've gone to in hopes of sharing a mutual like for BB and it only becomes tainted by post after post about how bad Danielle is. And they call her the stalker. SMH.
ReplyDeleteBravo! It gets old very fast to continually read negative comments about one person all the time. It puts me in a position of feeling the need to defend them. And, come to find out that is like banging my head against a wall. All the HG at one point or another will get on my nerves & I will comment about it at the moment but to become obsessed with every single move or comment they make is crazy!!!! I have left several BB groups this season for this reason. I watch the feeds & hear or see Danielle do something & in my mind I'm thinking...Oh no, she's gonna get mutilated for that one. And, it's a catch 22 cuz thinking that way kind of takes the fun out of watching the feeds sometimes. But, continuing to avoid the hate will make it fun again.
